How We Work

We keep things very simple. Three Easy Steps:

  • Step 1: We schedule a quick 30-minute scoping call on Zoom. At the end of that, we decide whether our team and your company are a fit. If we are, then we set up another full scoping call to determine the initial scope of work.
  • Step 2: We provide you with the necessary non-disclosure and intellectual property protection, along with onboarding questionnaires to maximize your use of our time. This ensures we hit the ground running before the Full Scoping call.
  • Step 3: On the Full Scoping call, we agree on the following:
    1. The cadence of project reviews (one-week or two-week sprints).
    2. The deliverables at each step of the project.
    3. The members of both teams who will be part of the project.
    4. A sharing system for all internal work, ensuring all members have real-time access to data.
    5. A schedule for technical training, if required for the product.
    6. Recorded and AI-transcribed communication to ensure everyone is fully informed.
    7. The product tracking system and person responsible (defaulting to Asana, where we are experts).

Week 1: The Master Product Document

During the first week of engagement, we prepare the master product document (pioneered by Amazon) in collaboration with the client. This serves as the foundation for the project moving forward.

Week 2: The Real Work Begins

From the second week onward, we dive into the core work of the project.

All work completed during the week is encoded with that week's identifier, invoiced within the same week, and payment is expected within the following week.
